Rotation of Apprentices – you are not obliged to take on the Apprentice for the full duration of the training contract as HTN is the legal employer.

Apprentices and Trainees are provided instruction in WHS principles prior to placement.
Regular work place monitoring to ensure that skill level is in line with Apprenticeship / Traineeship progression.
