  • Rotation of Apprentices – you are not obliged to take on the Apprentice for the full duration of the training contract as HTN is the legal employer.

  • Apprentices and Trainees are provided instruction in WHS principles prior to placement.
  • Regular work place monitoring to ensure that skill level is in line with Apprenticeship / Traineeship progression.
