This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with a positive attitude and a desire to be recognised as an important member of the team, so bring your passion for food and we will provide you with the skills training in all areas of retail butchery.
Within your full-time 3 years competency-based apprenticeship, you will learn how to develop your butcher skills and qualities, such as boning, slicing, trimming and portion for products including lamb, beef, pork, veal and poultry.
