HTN Recruit is seeking x2 fast pace active young chefs with all round-experience.
This venue offers a modern Australian menu that will book out the restaurant each night. This host is in the newest premier venue on the Port Stephens peninsular at the recently rebuilt Nelson Bay Golf Club. No split shift and must be able to work as part of a team!
Our client is a 7 day a week operation so weekend availability is essential
- 1+ year experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant or cafe
- Dedicated and interested in cooking and hospitality
- Dedicated to food quality and control with knowledge of proper food handling
- Able to work in fast past environment
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- A passion for food and the industry
- Must be organised with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- An outgoing and helpful attitude towards fellow team members
- Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety policies
