The Northern Sydney Institute and Illawarra Prime Alpaca are inviting you to an Alpaca Degustation Dinner at The Ambassador Restaurant, Ryde Campus from 6:30pm.

Invitations are limited to the first 30 and attendance is complimentary.

Expand your palate over five courses.  The menu will be created by Ryde Campus graduate and renowned chef David Campbell who will lead Commercial Cookery students in preparing unique Alpaca creations.
