I have been employed at HTN – Hospitality Employment Solutions for some twelve years collectively in capacities that included Operations Manager and Marketing & Business Development Manager. From 2006, I was the CEO of a boutique consultancy that specialised in supporting Group Training Organisations to meet their compliance obligations as well as assisting them to develop business & marketing strategies before returning to HTN to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer in October 2007.
