Operations Manager
Matthew’s employment history has seen him hold positions with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre as Regional Manager, Specialist Coordinator for the original Army Reserve Trade Training Scheme and Group Training/employment consultant positions. Having a trade background, Matthew also has spent some ten years in management positions and roles in the Vocational Education and Training sector. He is the resident expert on all things Australian Apprenticeships.

Chief Executive Officer
I have been employed at HTN – Hospitality Employment Solutions for some twelve years collectively in capacities that included Operations Manager and Marketing & Business Development Manager. From 2006, I was the CEO of a boutique consultancy that specialised in supporting Group Training Organisations to meet their compliance obligations as well as assisting them to develop business & marketing strategies before returning to HTN to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer in October 2007.
