Total Chef Aspire is a selective program which includes an intensive 4 week course – a quality apprenticeship, supported by dedicated Mentor Chefs.

Total Chef Aspire
Aspire Includes:

At the completion of the program, you will hold units of competency that will be credits towards a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. You will be career ready and will have the opportunity to progress to an apprenticeship with HTN Professional or HTN Executive and be recognised for your prior learning.
NOTE: HTN Aspire requires commitment to 4 weeks full time throughout the program. You would be required to complete 6 units of competency for accreditation in Certificate Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, which will be recognised as prior learning if / when you progress through to complete a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
