I got to the top of our profession working with dedicated chefs that were eager to develop my potential. It takes determination and a will to succeed but once you work within a network of successful chefs your knowledge and skills multiply manifold. Providing the opportunity to learn the business and leadership aspects whilst you are in study mode is excellent. I would like to congratulate HTN on this innovative program.
